Hi! We're Corinna and Christina! After living and working in different parts of the world, we each made Westchester our home. We knew what it meant to build a life somewhere new — navigating not just where to live, but the countless decisions that come with settling into a new community.
Again and again, we watched it happen in our own community, families arriving and feeling completely lost, with no idea where to even start.
There were plenty of resources for finding a house. Far fewer for everything that surrounds it: understanding different towns and communities, navigating schools and commutes, finding the right local services, and figuring out the practical details that turn an unfamiliar place into home.
That's why we created Settla.
